"It has been one year since I joined the Dynamic Golfers. I love this program so much. This program has really changed not only my golf life but also my daily life. I started playing golf in early 2020 before getting to know Dynamic Golfers and I was around 43 years old. I soon discovered that golf is too hard at my age in terms of my physical body flexibility. Golf and its movement hurt me a lot in my back, my hip and all my muscles. I sometimes couldn’t stand up and simply walk if I sat 30 minutes in a chair, my back was frozen. I couldn’t sleep at night after a round of golf. Dynamic Golfers is like my good friend that I have to meet every day... the activities, lessons and teachers. It pushes me to practice in the morning and in return I’m full of energy for that day. My handicap has improved from 28 to 20.1 in just one year. "

"I have been using the Dynamic Golfer program for the last 2 years and just love it. I’m a serious player and have used the Dynamic golfer program to provide a regimented and daily stretch plus strength training towards better golf. The biggest change I have noticed is in hip and shoulder flexibility. I can also tell you that I think the daily and unique sessions keep you challenged and engaged. With the strength workouts I’ve noticed how much emphasis is given to our whole core and torso. My handicap has dropped from a 7 to a 4 and I am hopeful like every golfer that even better golf is in my future."

"I’ve been battling back pain, golfers wrist/elbow, and plantar fasciitis for the past 2 years. Had been doing yoga everyday and although it helped, pain still persisted. Your program has been an absolute game changer! And it only seems to get better the more I do it. Currently going through some swing changes so the score doesn’t reflect how great I’m feeling (but not shooting any worse. Have been shooting around mid to high 80’s). Can’t thank everyone at dynamic golfers enough for taking the time to put this together. "After the first 4 sessions in the On Ramp, I’m already feeling noticeably better! I usually have lower back pain and stiffness - like a lot of other 54-year bodies - despite playing hockey year-round and playing 100+ rounds of golf per season.
