Members have access to hundreds of videos designed just for golfers. Jumpstart mobility, strength or recovery with our routines designed by athletic professionals.

Daily Stretching & Mobility

The core of our programming. An ongoing series of 15 minute video routines, laid out in a monthly format. Meant to be completed once per day, automatically revealing more content as you progress.

Great to do after a game!

Strength Training

Ranging from beginner to advanced, programs include detailed explanations and use minimal equipment. Focus on bringing muscle balance and stability with routines 20-30 minutes in length.

Excellent addition for training.

Injury Programming

Recover from an injury or use as prevention with our programs tailored specifically for golfers. Includes advice and catered routines for: Golfer's Elbow, Posture Correction, Hip & Knee pain and more.

Gentle on the body.

Warm-Ups On the Course

You asked, we delivered!  These short 5-10 minute routines are designed to properly warm up your spine & shoulders with dynamic movements, as well as taking care of your lower body.

Meet The Team

 

Dynamic Athletics began in 2017 with the creation of Dynamic Cyclist. Our team has grown over the past 5 years as we have worked with our members to provide ongoing injury prevention and training specific for cyclists. In 2019, we launched Dynamic Golfers as a means of providing a similar catered service. Our goal is to provide quality content from industry professionals in a form that is easy to use and achieve results. 

Our Team is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada and is made up of a small group of athletic therapists, coaches, and weekend warriors who want to play their best!
