Start the New Year by Fixing What’s Actually Holding Your Golf Swing Back

Most golfers think they need more reps at the range, a faster swing, or a new drill.

But here’s the truth:
If your hips don’t move well, your swing will always feel restricted—no matter how much you practice.

Limited hip mobility and poor hip strength are some of the most common (and overlooked) issues in golfers. They quietly steal rotation, consistency, and power while increasing stress on your lower back, knees, and lead hip.

That’s exactly why we created the 14-Day Hip Flexibility & Mobility Challenge for Golfers.

This challenge is designed to help you:

  • Rotate more freely through your swing

  • Improve hip control and stability

  • Reduce stiffness, tension, and nagging pain

  • Start the season with a body that actually supports your golf game

Why Hip Mobility Is the Missing Piece for Golfers

You can work on mechanics, tempo, and technique and still feel:

  • Tight through the hips

  • Stuck in your backswing or follow-through

  • Stiff after rounds or range sessions

  • Sore in the lower back, knees, or lead hip

That’s because golf alone doesn’t correct muscle imbalances.

When your hips lack mobility and strength, your body compensates by forcing movement into the lower back, knees, or spine. Over time, this reduces swing efficiency and increases injury risk.

This challenge focuses on the root cause, not just the symptoms.

What This 14-Day Challenge Focuses On

For 14 days you’ll follow along with 15–20 minute routines designed specifically for golfers. Each session combines:

  • Strength work to stabilize and control the hips

  • Targeted stretching to release tight tissues

  • Range-of-motion exercises to restore healthy rotation

Every routine is:

  • Easy to follow

  • Golf-specific

  • Short enough to fit into your daily routine

  • Designed to complement your practice and play

No guesswork. No random stretching. Just smart, intentional movement.

Test Your Mobility — Then See the Difference

Before you begin, you’ll complete a hip mobility and flexibility assessment so you know exactly where you’re restricted.

After the 14 days, you’ll retest and see measurable improvements in:

  • Hip rotation and range of motion

  • Control and stability through your swing

  • How your body feels during and after golf

This isn’t about hoping something works—you’ll see and feel the difference.

Why Tight Hips Lead to Bigger Golf Injuries

Restricted hips often show up as:

  • Tight hip flexors

  • Limited rotation

  • Lower back pain

  • Knee discomfort

  • Loss of power and consistency

These aren’t isolated issues. They’re connected.

Long hours sitting—at desks, in cars, or on the couch—cause key hip muscles to shorten and weaken. Golfing on top of those imbalances often reinforces the problem instead of fixing it.

Without addressing hip mobility and strength, your body adapts in ways that limit performance and increase strain.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Tight, shortened muscles affect nearly everyone—not just golfers.  But before we get to the solution, we have to take a look at the root cause of the problem.

The Muscle That Changes Everything for Golfers

Deep within your hips is a muscle called the psoas—a critical connector between your upper and lower body.

When it’s functioning well:

  • Your pelvis stays neutral

  • Your hips rotate smoothly

  • Your lower back absorbs less stress

When it’s tight or underactive:

  • Rotation becomes restricted

  • Power leaks out of your swing

  • Stress shifts into the spine and knees

This challenge is built to improve hip function in the right order, so you’re not stretching one area while reinforcing imbalance somewhere else.

Why Order Matters

Random stretching doesn’t create lasting change.

True mobility improvement requires:

  1. Activating the right muscles

  2. Lengthening the right tissues

  3. Restoring joint motion and control

That’s why so many golfers give up—they’re doing the right movements in the wrong sequence.

Our approach is progressive, intentional, and built to create noticeable changes in just two weeks.

Unlock your full potential with our dynamic method.

Creating muscle balance needs to be done with balance and intention. Our sequential, dynamic method works to unravel all the tissues including the muscle, fascia, connective tissue, and finally the joint itself. Through a combination of dynamic movements that both strengthen and stretch, and static deep-tissue stretches, our program makes injury prevention easy.

Our program is laid out in a day-by-day format, with each day having its own 15-20 minute video routine. These videos are designed to be easy to follow, holding each stretch for an average of 1 minute. A whole 60 seconds may feel like an eternity in the beginning, but it is within this time period where change in flexibility and range of motion begins to occur.

Our unique sequential method targets the muscles prone to adaptive shortening for golfers, especially the psoas.
